Hey Everyone!!!! Welcome to the February Challenge. I'm so happy you've all joined us!!! And we are on p3 now - hurray! A great group of people - I've read through everyone's posts and you all seem really motivated and positive so this is going to be great!!! No matter what your personal goals, we'll all get each other through February a few lbs lighter!
To the Americans on the thread - Is it Superbowl Sunday on 1st Feb? I'm English but I used to live in New York (in my 20s) so I know how much of a big deal this is.....and how much food is involved!!! At least you'll be weighing yourself in the morning before the game....and have another week to right any wrongs before the next weigh in. Enjoy!!!
I'll check in tomorrow with my stats and goals. I'm finishing off the January challenge before starting the February one.
