Typically, clean eating has been harder for me than exercising, so this gives me a chance to hone in on the diet.0 -

Hi. I'm just getting started back into my fitness pal again. I have great motivation as my daughter is getting married at the end of July. I would love to lose 50 pounds by then. It sounds like a lot but I'm 6 foot one and right now very sedentary so if I cut back my food and ramp up my exercise it actually is possible. So here goes:
