Toning up for my November travels!

Last year I had a go at getting fit and managed to lose a stone, bringing me to 122lbs. I managed to keep off just under half of what I'd lost, and am back ready to have another go! Not only am I lazy when it comes to working out, but I have a serious chocolate obsession. I'm going to allow myself 1-2 squares of lindt dark chocolate every other night to try and cure my cravings. I will also have 1 cheat meal a week! This worked brilliantly for me last year so I'm hoping it'll be the same this time around. I'm going to Dubai, Australia and Bali in November - so although my stomach isn't really a problem area, I do need to lose some of this endless thigh and butt mass before then!!
