Hello,

Last year I lost just over a stone using MyFitnessPal but gave myself a month of relaxation before getting back to it. I have used it pother times over the years but have never gone onto the message boards as I seemed to be ok with not much trouble but this time!!!!!

There are things that get to me that unless you are around people that are trying to do what is needed you feel ackward saying things.
So today the thing that is getting to me is not being able to decide what to do with a spare 130cals I have to treat myself to an evening treat. Being a veggie with dairy intolarences the diet ends up being a little carb heavy (mmmmmm love bread) so going straight for a potato based snack or a fruit loveliness becomes a bit wary as the sugar levels raise so easily but today the remaining choice has can be very varied. As I have said I have 130cals to play with, my carbs are at 21 remaining and sugars are 13 and with only 1200cals a day this is HUGE!!!!
