Hello!
Just decided to stop reading everyone else's posts, and get my own account! I have never been a member on any forum at all, so this is all new to me :)
My name is Ashley, I am 26 years old, and I used to be in very great shape. I worked out 5-6 days a week for about 45 minutes. I am 5'5" and weighed 117 lbs. I was a size zero, (despite all the pizza I ate and beer I drank!) and looked and felt wonderful.
Then my husband and I hit a tree going 65 MPH and rolled down a hill several times.
Most important: we are both alive, and after my spine, sternum, and ribs healed 6 mos. later, I am pleased to say I have been working to loose the 20 lbs. I gained in recovery! I have recently quit smoking as well, and I am looking forward to a long life of fitness and happiness!

I am a Jillian Michaels fanatic. I lost 56 lbs. two years ago by way of her DVDs, and I will continue to loose that weight I gained again. I do, like everyone else, need some extra help and encouragement along the way, and I am hoping there may be people with knowledge on this site regarding injuries who may be able to coach me through certain hard days I have.
I also look forward to encouraging any one who needs it! I am a pretty busy chick, but if you message me, I will do anything I can to help you get in gear!

Hope to speak to everyone soon! xx
