I have 45 pounds to lose. I always start out strong and then lose the willpower and gain back the weight. I love who I am on the inside and hate who I am on the outside.

You can do it! One day at a time. Slow and steady. Add friends! It helps for support and motivation. Good luck!0

It's not willpower, it's determination that gets you through it. Make yourself work out, don't wait to be motivated to do it. Set a schedule, a menu, and stick to it. You can do this! Be determined!0

I'm in the same position you are. Lost weight. Felt GREAT! Gained it all back. My re-journey started Jan 1st...Slow and Steady wins the race. Or so they say. I wish you the very best on your journey.0
