Elli Quark?

Has anyone tried it before? I am from the East coast (Philly to be exact) and saw their ad pop up on my facebook.

Since then I did some research and just ordered myself a 6 pack.

I can see it's prominent on the West Coast, and they pride themselves on being a fresh "cottage cheese" that is similar to Greek yogurt, but has a better protein-to-carb ratio than Greek yogurt, with very high protein and no added sugars or artificial sweeteners. Also, from reading about it online, it is about half of the calories of greek yogurt.

I'm not sure about this brand, but I've had quark before. A good friend of mine is a homesteader and makes her own. I think it's really good; I love to use it to make smoothies with fruit and honey.

I love quark--I use it instead of cream cheese.

I get it from the farmer's market.
