Nursing student modified paleo follower

I have gained 10 pounds and I'm in my last semester of nursing school. I am in the process of reinventing myself. I'm having a hard time getting to the gym while keeping up my grades. I eat a somewhat modified paleo diet and eat mostly clean whole foods. Staying on track with easy to prepare foods is difficult and of course stress eating is a problem all semester long. I'm hoping to stay on track; I refuse to buy new clothes. Hot yoga is my mental stress release. I would love to connect with others for motivation, for me it's all about being healthy.

  • Hi!! You sound awfully busy. I've been paleo for quite some time but fell off for two years due to a job change which was high stress. I'm back to paleo and 'working' on my weight as well. I want to do hot yoga but feel so out of shape. I would die in that room?!
