How to adjust for pregnancy?

I'm just planning for the future right now, but I know I'd like to keep track of my intake during pregnancy. Any advice on how to adjust the calorie target and find a balanced approach during pregnancy?

    During the first trimester, you do not need to add any additional calories, eat at maintenance.

    During the 2nd and 3rd trimesters, add 300 calories to your maintenance.

    If you feel hungry though, don't ignore it. Eat. Try to get lots of protein in too!
