High Protein/Low Carb questions

First of all, is there a way to tweak your profile so that it shows a higher protein and lower carb daily allowance?
Secondly, can anyone post recipes using the following vegetables? I'm trying to follow the Ideal Protein rules to minimize carbs, so not all vegetables are allowed.

Algae, Alfalfa, Arugula, Bell Peppers, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Cabbage (red, pak choi, bok choy), Celery, Celeriac, Chocory, Collards, Cress, Cucumbers, Dill Pickels, Endive, Fennel, Field Salad, Green Onions, Kale, Kohlrabi, Leeks, Mushrooms, Okra, Onions (raw only) Hot Peppers, Radicchio, Radish, Rhubarb, Rutabaga, Sauerkraut, Sorrel, Spinach, Swiss Chard, Turnip, Watercress, Zucchini. Brussel Sprouts, Beans (green and wax), Egg Plant, Palm Hearts, Snow Peas, Swede, Tomato.
Not Permitted - Artichoke, Avacado, Beets, Carrots, Chick Peas, Corn, Olives, Parsnips, Peas, (all) Potatoes, Pumpkin, Sweet Corn, Squash, Yams.

    This will allow you to change your goals. As for recipes, look at the recipes forum for ideas, google for ideal protein recipes, or try a site like allrecipes.com where you can search by ingredient.
