Reduce calories after sleeping in??

if I sleep in until noon and plan to go to bed at my regular bed time, should I reduce my calorie intake since I lost half a day of activity?

    If you aren't hungry? I guess so. Sleeping til noon......wonder what that's like? I don't think my kids will ever let me find out. ;)

    Nah, you're overthinking it. Your body doesn't really know what a "day" is necessarily. Just continue on like normal, it won't affect much.

    How'd you manage to sleep in so late?
