Black Bean Spaghetti...Anyone ever use?

Hi. My sister got me a package of gluten free black bean spaghetti. Has anyone ever used it? If so, does anyone have any good recipes to use it in?? I don't really know what to do with it. Thanks

    A girl at the gym just told me about black bean pasta this morning. I have never had it but she loves it and uses just as she would regular pasta.

    I have some, and have used it as I would other pasta, mixed with a sauce of choice, veggies, whatever. My family cringes at the color, but it really just has a slightly nutty flavor thanks to the beans. Do make sure you cook it long enough, it gets gummy. It's not my FAVORITE, but it's a good, reasonably quick source of protein when I need it.
