Low Sodium Beef Jerky?

Hi all! Anybody have any brands of beef jerky that they like that is low in sodium?

This is kind of a tall order. MOST jerky uses a pretty hefty amount of salt in the drying process. Low sodium does exist, but it's hard to come by and you'll pay out the nose for it Have you looked into making your own?

I have thought about it, though I don't have room in my kitchen for a dehydrator. Maybe if I could find a recipe using the oven?
