looking for success stories from anyone that has had a full hysterectomy and trouble losing lbs

I had to have a full hysterectomy ovaries and uterus removed, 8 years ago. now i am 45 and i have gained 60lbs since then. I feel like i am starving most days and the weight barely moves. i keep gaining and its starting to stress me out so bad, which makes me want to eat and so on. I do not take HRT's due to the breast cancer hype and last year i had a small non-cancerous lump removed, but still i am scared of HRT. i would love to hear any success stories out there from women in the same boat as me. i would also love to see before and after photos, visuals are awesome for motivation
