I feel like I relapsed and im really needing friends to get back into it.

So I joined this site back in 2011 and at that time I was in college i was the biggest I have ever been had just gotten out of a relationship and something clicked in my head. That i was not happy I was a heavy smoker and i could'nt do simple things without getting tired and I was ashamed to even take my shirt off in public. So I joined this site and got to work now I am no stranger to dieting but calorie counting was the one thing that seemed to work for me. I lost 14 pounds my first week I was hooked that same week I quit smoking and started doing insanity. Fast forward 6 months later I had lost close to 50 pounds im not sure possibly more ive messed with my numbers since then. I was a new me, I had figured I didnt want to be in college any more and joined the army and got stationed in alaska. Now seeing as im military police I knew i would have a less stable workout regiment as other jobs but I still managed to keep a healthy lifestyle and even bulking up considerably when I went to guam. Upon return from guam though I seem to have lost all sight of healthy eating I got a groin injury and pcsed to a company in which I have little faith in the leadership and they seem to have even less in me i recovered from my groin injury and barely run. Which leads to today which after shift was my first time running in a couple weeks i started up the hill caughing weezing ( i started smoking again to due to being stressed out all the time) I barely made it half way up before my slow trot mellowed down to practically running in place and then that turned into walking and then that turned into me standing at the top of the hill blue in the face hacking up my lungs; and at that point I realized Im at my lowest point (not as in the lowest point of my weight loss for sure im probably the fattiest ive been in a while more like lowest point as in a metaphor for my life). Sorry for the long montage but I am ready to get back to business, im tired of my man tits jiggling when I run, if any of you would like to add me please feel free to do so I do better with accountabilabuddies, i plan to go out and buy a scale and go grocery shopping like i did the first time I lost weight and plan to start doing insanity everyday and definately running and I would love to have people to check in with and also to check on you guys and hopefully motivate you also. Im sorry for my long rant have a nice day.
