Peanut butter and apple sandwich. Low cal and low fat.

Alvarado St. Bakery - Essential Flaxseed Bread, 2 slices
Trader Joe's - Better 'n Peanut Butter, 2 T
Smuckers Simply Fruit - Raspberry Jam, 1 tablespoon
Apples - Raw, with skin, 1 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb)

Slice the cheek of the apple into about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick pieces. Put on the sandwich with the PB and J. Eat the remaining apple as a side.

    I love putting apple in my sandwiches. I made a grilled brie & apple sandwich yesterday--
    Arnold's Nature's Harvest light multigrain 2 slices
    3 tbsp Alouette light creme de brie (1.5 oz)
    slices of apple -- like you said, eat the rest on the side
    1 tbsp smart balance light -- to coat the bread for grilling
    327 calories, so good!!!
