Taking a day at a time. Not being too rigid, as I have in the past. Goal is 1lb per week, nice and easy .... Slow and steady wins the race. Using a fit bit to keep track of my expended calories and steps per day and making small changes like using the stairs instead of the elevator and parking further away from the store, wish me luck! You can do it too, we are all in this together:)
