Tracy Anderson's Metamorphosis DVD anyone? :(

I'm doing the omnicentric and on my day 1 on the 90 day plan for this DVD and I feel demotivated while doing the workout as it gets me so confused in following her routines and I just don't get the pattern of the routines. I want to follow her exercise plan because the results are good but I get very confused :( I feel like giving up on it lately :(
