If u want to loose weight do u eat the calories that u burned or do ignore then in your total calorie count for the day? Example: your on a 1200 calorie program and you burned 500 calories at the gym, do u still eat only 1200 or do you increase that to 1700.

Most people eat about half of their exercise calories back. The site tends to overestimate calories burned.0

I try not to eat all my calories back. I might eat a few but try not to many.0

Depends on your day. If your body is screaming for more, eat some back. I have found fluctuating my calorie intake every day or so has worked well so far. Then my body doesn't go into "diet mode "0

I will only allow myself to eat a little over what I am supposed to eat if I have exercised. I have also noticed this site tends to overestimate how many calories burned. Good luck with your journey.0
