    Not true, I have a smoothie with these ingredients every day and have never experienced what OP has described.

    I just input my smoothie (which doesn't have coconut oil). My magical macros cam out as: 30c 25p 45f. I'd assume if he adds coconut oil that percentage is going to shoot right up.

    A question do you have loose stools all day? i.e. would you say you have diarrhea? Or is your morning poo loose?

    But, I agree with the other poster. If it's troubling and continues, swap out your greens.
