Where to buy Acai?

I recently had this amazingly delicious acai bowl and I'd love to buy some frozen acai so I can make my own. The problem is I can't seem to find it anywhere? I was just wondering if anyone knew where to buy some. I live in Los Angeles btw.

    Try Whole Foods. They tend to stock trendy, overpriced stuff like that.

    If you like exotic fruit, check local Hispanic markets for Cherimoya, White Sapote, or Mamey Sapote. YUMS

    Yeah, that's definitely going to be a specialty store item. I'd call ahead to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, ect to see if they have it in stock before you make the trek out. Good luck!

    Not sure this would be of any use, but yelp has some listings and one says something about Koreatown.

    Whole Foods, in the frozen fruits section. But it's soooooo expensive!
