Hello. I am doing well with exercise and during the day I can keep to my calorie limit but the problem comes at night. I recently had a photo exhibition and for that event I had to buy lots of biscuits, nuts, juice, and so on. When the exhibition was over I brought all of that home instead of throwing it out. It's good not to waste food but it's too tempting at night and I find myself wrist deep in a bag of party nuts or tearing open a packet of Oreos. I don't want to throw it away because wasting food is just as bad as eating too much. How do others control themselves if there are snacks in the house? Everyone else is in bed by that time so there is no one to scold me. Any suggestions?
