Like many others, I am struggling with weight loss. I hit 200lbs last year and continue to climb. The sad part is the fact that I do physical therapy for a living so I know what I need to do. I remeber the skinny me and I have to get back to that person. I'm setting small goals, 10lbs at a time. Join me in my journey to lose 60 lbs this year. Words of motivation is huge! Let's help each other make this year count. Add me as a friend please! Or post some words of encouragement. Thank you!

I know where you're coming from. I'm a nurse so I really know better! Did that stop me from eating aweful yesterday because someone left Sprees at the nurse's station last night? Nope! But overall doing much better!0 -
