Like many others, I am struggling with weight loss. I hit 200lbs last year and continue to climb. The sad part is the fact that I do physical therapy for a living so I know what I need to do. I remeber the skinny me and I have to get back to that person. I'm setting small goals, 10lbs at a time. Join me in my journey to lose 60 lbs this year. Words of motivation is huge! Let's help each other make this year count. Add me as a friend please! Or post some words of encouragement. Thank you!

    I know where you're coming from. I'm a nurse so I really know better! Did that stop me from eating aweful yesterday because someone left Sprees at the nurse's station last night? Nope! But overall doing much better!

    Hi! I've lost about about 80 pounds and gained a few, and lost a few but I haven't given up yet. If I can do it, so can you! I'm still determined to reach my ultimate goal weight. Friend me, if you want, anyone. I'm trying to be more active again.
