Help! I really really really want some ice cream. I don't mean frozen deserts...no skinny cow on a teensy stick things. I need a nice bowl of ice cream. ![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
That being said, does anyone know of any lower calorie options?
Thank you!

Yup, Turkey Hill has sugar free/fat free ice cream that tastes like the "real thing" 70 calories per serving, I usually double up on the serving, it s a nice sized bowl!0

Don't know if you would consider Arctic Zero ice cream, but it's ice cream-like, and only 150 cals a pint.0

I know you said not skinny cow, but they do make nice ice cream biscuit cake things and sundaes in a tub, 120-150cal I think.0

I just had some Breyer's Low Carb Chocolate Ice Cream and it was really creamy and rich...at 90 cals for 1/2 cup serving. It's chocolatey enough to satisfy.0

Smoothies with frozen fruit & yogurt are way better and taste better.0
