My Motivation

That point between slightly chubby, but not anywhere near fit - that's me.

My motivation for losing 10 pounds, and then beginning a workout routine stems from the desire to audition for a play next year. Motivation for a target goal, for a specific reason, in a reasonable time period. I have 5 more pounds to shed from dieting properly and then I will begin my workout routine in March 2015 (one month from now).

I've lost 30 pounds before when I decided that I wanted a life change, but I gained 15 pounds back afterwards because I had no focused goals in mind. This is the best motivation I've had thus far since it is highly specific.

What keeps you motivated?
