Utterly Repulsed by Sweets... ?!

Yesterday was my birthday and of course I celebrated with a generous helping of cake and frozen yogurt (I'm a lactard). Ugh, I can't tell you how awful I felt. Now, mind you, I am not opposed at all to eating whatever fits in my calorie range, however 90% of it is clean without ANY added sugar. My cake with the most amazing slice of heaven, so of course, I froze me an "emergency" piece, and have 75% of a pint of frozen yogurt in my freezer. I planned on eating them, as long as they fit my calories... but I don't know if I will be "able" to? At this point, it doesn't matter one way or another, but I really don't want to be tossing out good food.... If you were in my position, what would you do? Eat it anyways and feel like crap (sugar hangover!) or toss/give it to someone else?

Throw it away. If you rarely eat sugar and then have some, it will make you absolutely sick. Trashcan!0

ice cream is perfect for sculpting or souping.
play with it. if your conversation is sparkling (or weird, like mine)
no one will notice that you haven't eaten it.
go home and eat something healthy when you're hungry.
dont celebrate with food anyway. wonks out your wiring.0
