Great lunch/dinner recipe for you!
hello everyone,
I am new on this great app and am looking forward to make some friends is this supporting environment!
As a hello gift I would like to share my EASY and delicious chicken teriyaki lettuce wrap recipe:
Ingredients:
1 chicken tenderloin pack
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce (I used the delicious Soy Vey sauce, from the Chinese food isle)
2 avocados
Green onions
About a tablespoon of sesame seeds
1 lettuce head
Instructions:
Marinade the chicken tenderloins in the teriyaki sauce for about 15 mins (if you have more time, the longer - the better).
Lightly grease a large pan and place on medium heat (I used the olive oil cooking spray- 0 cal), and sautée the marinated chicken until it's cooked through (depending on size and thickness, I'm not an expert cook so I just cut a piece to check if it's done)
When the chicken is ready, separate the lettuce leaves carefully so it doesn't break, and fill each leaf with one piece of chicken, about 1/4 of diced avocado and sprinkle with some sesame seeds and green onion.
I usually eat two wraps for a whole meal, so my recipe is for about 4/5 servings.
Hope you enjoy my recipe.
P.S.: add me as a friend pleaseee
