I'm a 40 year old male from Norway. Been using the app for about a month. My goal was to loose a couple of kilos and then maintain that weight.

The motivation behind this was that me and my girlfriend broke up, resulting in way to many hours in front of the television eating sweets. Weight kept climbing, so I figured out I had to stop it.

Getting close to my goal now, but need to continue keeping the weight in control after that. Trying to be active running, bicycling and doing cross country skiing. Using various garmin devices to keep track on that. Would be nice to have some friends to keep the motivation going both where and on the garmin connect site.
