Can be tasty, as long as you don't mix it with milk.

    It makes you happy.
    It has fiber.
    It has Vitamin C.
    It's juicy.

The ruby red on is great in a Gin 'n' Tonic.

I do love it, but it must have some reaction with certain medications. So if your doctor has told you not to eat it, listen to her and then ask why. My mom has a transplanted kidney and I know she cannot eat grapefruit or drink grapefruit juice because of the meds she needs to keep her new kidney functioning.

    It tastes good.
    Its juicy.
    It has lots of fiber.
Its acid/sweet flavor profile is naturally refreshing.

PS, and as we told you in your previous thread, it doesn't do anything magic on your metabolism. Grapefruit is simply a nutrient-dense, calorie-light food.
