1,500 calorie brunch and now this! Massive cheat day!!!

I had a massive brunch out -- with giant merguez lamb sausage sandwiches with spicy mayo, and really delicious fries (again, with spicy mayo). A little beer, a little Belgian waffle with toppings like ice cream, cream and melted chocolate... Thats what I get for going to a Belgian place.
I thought I would have light dinner to compensate. But DH has decided to do ENCHILADAS VERDE FROM SCRATCH.
He has been cooking the green sause -- roasting the tomatillos, the peppers, the spices, the garlic. The smell of it all... oh man,that sauce is so delicious! I will eat those, I've been involved in cooking those and I want them proper -- with cheese and a doll-up of sour cream. Nothing is from the can, not even the beans. And a drink would be nice with those. Or two.
I can't stop. I'm drooling. And I have so much to do and I have not even worked out.

Let your hair down and enjoy your day! You need to live a little every now and then...like the other day I drank entirely too much beer, made some super unhealthy nachos in a drunken hunger rage, and then woke up with cheese in my bra.0

What I would do: Take the total calories you ate today, and subtract today's calorie goal from it. Divide the remainder by 6, and log that number of calories over the next 6 days. I wouldn't do this on a regular basis, but it is how I recover from a binge. It also helps remind you to make good choices the rest of the week when you see those extra calories logged on every day.0

That is your choice ad free will, however there will alwyas be delicous temptations, an special occasions. This can be a slippery slope. Good luck whatever you decide.0

Also, remember that the slate is not wiped clean at mid night. If you blew it today, you can always exercise your butt off over the next couple of days and it will still make a difference.0

My breakfast is normally 1000 calories. Doesn't seem that massive. Speaking of which its Waffles Monday.0
