I didn't. Realize how hard it was to actually eat more! I'm no stranger to the gym but I am to bulking and weight gain ... How do you gain "healthy" weight

Eat mixed nuts like almonds, cashews, macadamia and hummus. These are nutrient dense foods that are high in calories and healthy fats.0

eat more calorie dense foods. don't be afraid of dietary fat...it's necessary to proper nutrition and a balanced diet...it's "healthy". carbs are also very important to building muscle...eat rice, pasta, etc. have some ice cream for desert...go out for some pizza and beer, etc.
it is likely you will have to alter your perceptions of "healthy"....you definitely want to make sure you're getting your nutrition in...lots of lean protein, healthy fats, whole grains and fruits and veg...but more than likely, a little "junk" is going to be necessary to consistently keep you in a surplus.0
