Hi everyone!
To tell you a little about myself: I've always been in shape (I'm a runner). About three years ago my husband & I adopted 4 children & ever since my life completely changed. I lost my routine & I became lazy with my meals. In Oct of 2014 At 4'11" I went up to 129lb 24% body fat (that might not sound like a lot but when your short, it is!) That was enough motivation! Today I'm at 117lb 20% body fat & training for Tough Mudder for June 6! I still have 5lb to lose to get to my goal 16-17% body fat. Looking for anyone that can relate, share some training ideas & recipes! I love to cook! Thanks!
