Trying to lose 20-25lbs

My weight loss progress has been good so far but my goal is to fit a size 3/5 or reach 125lbs by summer. I know the loss will eventually slow down a lot about 5lbs from goal, which is why I added in the size goal as opposed to focusing on lbs. So far I watch my calories at a deficit of losing 1.5lbs/week and I eat back most of my exercise calories. I also do the Jillian Michaels video No More Trouble Zones to help tone and shape my body (especially the bootay!) I want to start weight lifting, however it will have to wait until I move into my house in March. We have no room in my apartment right now for a weight bench, but we'll have a nice 2 car garage at the new place to store one. Is there anything else I could be doing to reach my goal? I gained a lot of weight with this last pregnancy and I know I have to work real hard to get to my pre-pregnancy body! I want to take up running 3x a week, but it's been so cold and I'm afraid of losing my butt. Does drinking more water really help in increasing your metabolism? I don't think I drink enough and could probably improve on it. I'll open up my diary too. I know as of recent my food choices aren't the greatest, however I still am usually under my goal or if I go over it's not by a lot. I also compensate for exercise I didn't know how to log or get an accurate calorie count. Anyone want to add me feel free! I can always use more friends here :)

Sounds like you're doing great! Losing 1.5lbs a week is a good rate to lose at (you should be losing between 1-2lbs a week) so you're right on target! Drinking water is always a good idea so absolutely if you think you need to drink more than do that. Other than that sounds like you got everything going right. Keep crushing it!
