Garlic mashed cauliflower

my kids LOVE this.

I use two heads of cauliflower steamed
one head of garlic roasted in oven
1Cup of 2% cottage cheese
salt pepper to taste

i put all into a food processor and puree.

This recipe sounds awesome. I made mashed cauliflower in place of potatoes once,and I really hated it,but the recipe was even more simple than this. I will have to give it a second chance!
