    Whatever works best for you.

I have my carbs/protein/fat set at 35%, 20%, and 45%. I regularly go over protein (which is good), and don't always use my allotted carbs and fat, but I've found this ratio works well for me, and I still consistently lose and maintain on it.

I set mine using the guidelines in this thread and I know others have had success with it: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/819055/setting-your-calorie-and-macro-targets

I prefer a lot of fat and good protein, I don't care of carbs except once a week or so I go all out to feel like superman the next day

I am doing higher fats and proteins, lower carbs at the moment! But good fats i.e. avocado, eggs, coconut oil etc and good carbs liks brown rice, sweet potato, greek yogurt. But like others have said, it's whatever you feel works for you and what your ultimate goal is! Mine is body fat reduction and to tone up / strength training, hence the higher proteins lower carbs.

I feel my current setting of 43% carbs, 18% protein, 39% fat is a good ratio for me to maintain weight and health. Corresponds with my taste and what I consider a good balance and variety.
