Hi all, hope your journeys to a new you are going well.
Mine has started off really well, I lost a stone in a month. Now I'm hoping to lose another by March.
I exercise 3-4 times a week and stay within my calorie limit.
I seem to have stayed the same this last week, does anybody have any tips?

    Yes I do have a tip. Do not fret about it. It is not a dash but a long slow process. There will be ups, downs, and plateaus along the way. One week does not even qualify as a plateau. Just keep to the process. Look back a month from now and see the difference.

    I would just keep on track like you've beem doing! It's not odd to have one week where things stall but I am sure the weight will keep coming off if you stick to the plan! Sometimes trying weird new things does more harm than good as it throws you off and then it's hard to get back on track.

    Congrats on your loss so far! I am confident your success will continue!
