Hi
I'm Sherri. Hoping to get some of this weight off that seems to be glued to my body. How do you set a reasonable daily caloric intake and how many include smoothies in their day?

    Set your goal on MFP after setting your start weight and activity level- it should then give you a daily calorie target. If you have lots to lose chose 2lb per week. If not then chose 1lb or 0.5lb. You can drink smoothies if you like as long as you log them and get a good estimation of the calories. Good luck!
