Has helped me break my plateaus

My stats.. I was 282lbs at 5'10" early november 2014.. I started dieting the 1st week of November on my own(did not know about MFP) I was able to get down to 253lbs, at that point I hit a plateau for about 2 weeks. Later I was introduced to MFP, I learned how to calorie count, hit macros, and see what my body liked and did NOT like. I have learned quite a bit of nutrition.. My goal is 210lbs.. I'm currently at 236lbs.. MFP has giving me confidence to tackle this journey..

    Thank you palwithme.. I started eatiing 5 times a day. Spaced my meals 3 hours apart. I drink water all day. Mostly when Im thirsty or with meals. I introduced tons of vegetables to my meals.. And so far so good

    Good advice. I have lost quite a bit with exercise, but it has stalled over the past month. I need to do something different.

    I do excercise 5 days a week.. I do cardio on an empty stomach early in the morning
