hi all! I have injured both knees over the last 15 months and have gain about 8-10 lbs. so after 1 surgery and 2 rounds of physical therapy I am finally strong enough to get back to my previous routine. 15 months ago I was at level 10 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. I was feeling the strongest I have ever been in my life at age 55. Then I fell down the stairs and had a meniscus tear on my left knee. I literally had to learn to walk again and five months after had surgery which immediately helped. Four months after surgery I fell off my bike into a ditch of rocks injuring my right knee. My youngest son now calls me BAM for bad assed mom living dangerously!! I could walk but was in a lot of pain. After 3 months of PT we realized that my patella was out of alignment. Once I started wearing a J leg brace. It got better. So here I am starting at level 1 of Body Revolution. But I am really glad to be healed. That's my story. I am Pam
