I Am Jim 68 and very active when warn running 5ks but put on 20 or so lbs in winter when no races. Live in Ms where cold is less than 60.. My favorite I help is fitbit which tracks your Steps daily. Then I found a Garman watch that has a battery that lasts a year and gives you instant feedback without sinking to a ph,one and like much better. Starting to lose 24 lbs put on in time for race season in about 4 months and like this to track my food.
