Hello just found this on search for lift heavy. I'd like to start this, I have a weights bench, barbell and dumbells at home. Any advice on beginners regimes? Update me on your progress too!

I kind of do carb back loading. I eat most of my carbs pre and post training, which all happens after 430 pm..... And I lift - trying to grow a bit more until June then start prep for my next bodybuilding comp.0
