I am new to these discussions. But I am new learning to lose weight properly,too! I have decided to take on a group challenge as well as personal challenge. The group first: the 30 day squat challenge. This should be quite interesting since I haven't done a squat in about 30 years. Anyway, the personal goal is to ride my tricycle, to our community pool which is approximately 5-6 miles away from my home. If you have realized as of yet, I am 40ish year old disabled woman doing my best to stay strong.
