Hey. So I've basically meet my weight goal and just use mfp to track exercise and calories, mostly for curiosity sake. The exercise I do is almost all HIIT, with a bit of walking and strength thrown in. Oh, I'm 5'9" & weigh 159lbs & mid 40s. Didn't start working out seriously till mid Jan this year. Did a 12 week program and dropped most of the weight I wanted to. The last 7 weeks has been more about gaining strength, endurance. I'm gonna up the ante a bit with another 12 week program, also hiit, more focused on strength.
