Never To Late!

I started working out when i was 30 ,better shape now at 32 than when i was in my 20's. Always skinny type,very high metabolism ,165 lbs
.I now weight 200 lbs ,15.8 % body fat(lowest i ve been when i didn't try to bulk was 10.5%) if i can do it so can you.
I also ve been over weight few years back after a surgery put me on "pause" for couple of years. Lost 37 lbs in little over three months after i decided i needed change. It all starts with motivation to make a change in your life!
