Hey guys I'm super new here like I've only been here like 2 days but I've been doing weight loss on my own for like 7 months (lost 34 lbs already) anyway I recently added exercise instead of just eating right. I've been doing videos like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZsVp7wRWG7I and this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tj9d6aBOzDo but I'm confused as to how I enter it on this site. Is it considered low aerobics or high impact aerobics or zumba? What would I add it as? Also I was messing around with seeing what exercise burn what amount of calories and on here it said zumba burned over 1000 calories an hour! That doesn't seem right. I'm way new to the whole exercise thing. Like I've only been doing it for like 2 weeks. I'm sorry if it's the wrong place to ask this question.

Low impact aerobics. And regardless, unless you're well over 200lbs+ most dance classes average between 400-700 calories burned in a class. Intensity matters so less movement would decrease intensity.
