Surgery and looking to get back on track

I have been in a boot since last July with limited ability to exercise and I finally had reconstructive surgery on my foot in April. I am still in a wheelchair and it will be a good while before I can do any heavy exercising. I was doing so well this time last year but this injury as just set me back more then I expected. I have stocked up on my healthy foods and snacks and I'm going to get back on track as much as I can tomorrow. Any suggestions on things I can do would be great! Also would love to add to my friend list to help with the encouragement!

Are you able to do exercises in the pool? My mom uses a wheelchair and loves her water aerobics class.0

I saw that there is some kind of zumba that you can do from a chair, I saw several videos on Youtube. Check those out!! Would love to be your friend and see how things are going!0
