Is anyone else found they need less sleep or arent overall tired since eating better?
I noticed it last night when I tried to sleep during the normal time and I literally could not fall asleep unti labout 2 hrs later.
I woke up nice and refreshed at normal time too.
LUVIN IT!

Providing you feel refreshed and not still tired when you awake, you must be doing it all okay!
Perhaps you are sleeping deeper and so getting a completely uninterrupted night's sleep.0 -
not to mention less food comas0
