Personally, I love the idea and following a c25k for starting out with cardio. Now I want to add in some strength training, and was hoping there was an equivalent for starting weights. Anyone have ideas of a good program? Basic starting routines, or good outlines of a basic beginner types of lifts. I haven't lifted weights in so long that I don't know where to start .
