Trying to switch things up a bit on my grocery shopping. Was wondering what everyone buys on a bulking plan. I don't eat everything in sight but I like to eat clean. My normal grocery list contains tuna in a can. Red meat, wild caught salmon, oats, granola packs, Greek yogurt, chicken breast and just berries. I may need to just switch up my recipes for cooking

  • Don't be afraid to be flexible with foods when on a bulk.... This is what I typically buy

    Ground beef or turkey, chicken breast, white potatoes, steaks, peanut butter, oatmeal, cereal, skim milk, wraps,etc I use Protien powder and buy the odd quest bar but I've become sick of of Protien shakes I don't drink them often
