My high weight was a couple of ounces under 170. From October until January 18, the day before I discovered MFP, I managed to get down to 160 - ten pounds, or a little less than three pounds a month. In the two weeks since I started logging in food and exercise, I have lost nearly seven pounds. I feel better and more energetic than ever because I'm eating the *right* foods now instead of starving and binging. I love this site!!!
